- Thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection surgery, including aneurysms of ascending aorta, aortic arch, and descending, also thoracoabdominal aorta treated with open and hybrid techniques.
- Aortic valve and aortic root surgery, including patients with collagen diseases such as Marfan’s Syndrome. Valve-sparing procedures performed when indicated.
- Mitral valve surgery, including replacement and repair. Mitral valve repair is preferred in most patients.
