- Awarded the Caspar Bowden Award for Outstanding Research in Privacy Enhancing Technologies in 2019.
- Research on privacy has been featured in several media outlets, such as Wired, the Wall Street Journal, the New Scientist, and ComputerWorld.
- Received the National Science Foundation CAREER award in 2020.
- Contributor to pribot.org -- an online service to assist user in visualizing and understanding privacy policies.
- Author/Co-author of more than 30 peer-reviewed articles in security and privacy. Also inventor/co-inventor on 8 patents/patent applications.
